MUV is based at 131, Valley Road, Birkirkara, but throughout academic year 2022/23, its programmes will be held at the Catholic Institute, in Floriana. This is a temporary arrangement for the coming year, until the ongoing works at the Birkirkara premises are completed. (An application for change of venue has been submitted to MFHEA.)

Both locations are very central and easily reached by public transport.

All lecture rooms and common areas are fully accessible to students with special needs.

In the near future, the college plans to host a school for the arts in a historic building in Valletta.
